Krista has extensive knowledge in the areas of real estate development and finance with a historic preservation overlay. Prior to joining DC Historic Designs, she was senior loan officer with the National Trust for Historic Preservation Loan Fund, providing technical assistance in the areas of business development, historic preservation, finance, and real estate development . She holds a Bachelor degree in Geography with a concentration in Urban Studies from Montclair State University, and a professional certificate in Historic Preservation from Goucher College. |
