Working in consultation with you, we then develop the plans to their final form. The floor plan and interior and exterior elevations are refined. We work with designers on interior features, such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom layouts, built-ins, windows and doors, and finishes. We coordinate lighting, plumbing, electrical plans, and HVAC documents to produce a set of construction documents for use in bidding, permitting and construction.
